Research Interest
Population pharmacokinetics (PopPK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) of compound formulae of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) was studied comprehensively using NONMEM with Guanxin Ⅱ as model prescription. It was indicated that PopPK and PK-PD methods were helpful for the explanation of the form mechanism and activity characteristics of TCM prescription.

Investigated the influence of methotrexate (MTX) on the pharmacokinetics of AICA riboside and combined effects on tumor cells proliferation, and the results showed that MTX increased both AICA riboside and its active metabolite concentration in tumor, and enhanced the potency of AICA riboside, and they synergistically inhibited cancer cells proliferation
